RETURN POLICY
Can I return or exchange an item? Of course. If your gear doesn’t wag your tail, you can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Items must be in original packaging. Shipping will be paid by the customer. (Custom or personalized gear may be final sale.) Be sure to email us first. You'll be responsible for the return shipping, and we will happily do the rest. Our tail is only wagging if yours is!
REFUND POLICY
What if my order arrives ruff (damaged) or incorrect? No worries — just email us at support@tailandtide.com. We’ll fetch the fix fast, whether that means replacing the item or issuing a refund.
