1. What sizes do you offer?

Just like our Labs, our gear comes in all shapes and sizes! Most tees and hoodies run from XS–XXXL. Be sure to check the size chart on each product page before fetching your fit.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard “Sit, Stay, Ship”: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited “Zoomie Express”: 2–4 business days (where available)
    You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order trots out the door.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yep! We ship to most sandy shores around the world. Shipping times and costs vary depending on where your pup’s pawprints take you.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course. If your gear doesn’t wag your tail, you can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. (Custom or personalized gear may be final sale.)

5. What if my order arrives ruff (damaged) or incorrect?

No worries — just email us at tailandtideco@gmail.com. We’ll fetch the fix fast, whether that means replacing the item or issuing a refund.

6. How do I care for my Tail & Tide gear?

Think of it like washing the sand off after a beach day:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water

  • Tumble dry low or line dry for longest life

  • Avoid bleach or harsh detergents so your gear stays paw-some.

7. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Our digital gift cards are the paw-fect way to surprise your favorite dog lover.

8. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. No need to chase the mail truck. 🐕💨

9. Do you give back to dogs?

You bet. A portion of every order supports Labrador rescues and dog-friendly causes. Every purchase helps wag another tail.
