• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

We want you (and your Lab!) to love your gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied:

• Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Exclusions: Stickers, final sale, and clearance items are non-returnable.
• Return Shipping: At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
